Halle’s Nanny Loses Restraining Order Request Against Aubry
Apparently Halle Berry’s nanny doesn’t have good karma because a judge today tossed out her restraining order petition against Gabriel Aubry.
As you know, Alliance Kamdem, 29, took out a police report last week accusing Aubry, 35, of “ongoing” verbal and physical abuse towards her. Kamdem claims Aubry hurled racial epithets at her and shoved her into a door while she was holding Nahla last Wednesday.
In her petition, Kamdem cited another alleged incident in June in which she claims Gabriel violently pushed her out a door.
According to celebrity gossip website, TMZ.com, Kamdem “also said Gabriel didn’t like her from the moment she began her duties as a nanny last June. She claims Gabriel said, “You are a spy,” and “Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here.”
She said that while she was performing her nanny duties on the set of Halle’s movie in Spain, Aubry “would walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away from me.”
But the judge wasn’t convinced. He called Kamdem’s accusations “insufficient and speculative” — and he advised her to take the matter up in family court. The judge rejected her claims probably because what Kamdem was saying didn’t make sense without Aubry’s side of the story.
Kamdem has since quit her position as Halle’s nanny.

Gabe Aubry has serious issues. This, according to Halle Berry, who is taking the Canadian underwear model back to court for losing his cool and assaulting her nanny.
Radaronline.com reports that Aubry hurled racial epithets and physically assaulted their daughter Nahla’s nanny last week. It seems that Aubry kept Nahla home from school for 2 days because he claimed she the 3-year-old was sick. But Aubry neglected to tell Nahla’s nanny, who went to the child’s private school looking for her.
“The nanny went to pick Nahla up at school and she wasn’t there, so she went to Gabriel’s home,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “Gabriel and the nanny got into an argument because no one alerted her that Nahla didn’t go to school.”
The source told RadarOnline.com Aubry allegedly called the nanny a racial slur, before things took a turn for the physical.
“She picked up Nahla to leave and Gabriel yelled at her and shoved her out the door so hard that she hit the wall — while she had Nahla in her arms!” the source alleges, adding that the nanny claims the abuse is ongoing.
According to Radaronline.com, the nanny is so distraught that she has turned in her resignation. Good for Halle for standing up for her people!

In last night’s episode of ‘Braxton Family Values‘, Trina Braxton admitted giving oral sex to one of her male band members. But in a recent video interview with blogger Karen Civil, which we posted yesterday, Trina revealed that she and her cheating husband, Gabe Solis, (pictured above on their wedding day) have been “legally separated” for a year.
So does that mean all of their scenes are scripted?

In Case You Missed It: Love & Hip Hop, Episode 8
Just to prove what a hoodrat she is, Jim Jones’ longtime girlfriend, Chrissy Lampkin, 40, instigates a fight with his 24-year-old manager, Yandy Smith, aka Don King. The actual fight is mostly a lot of pushing and shoving by the ladies with about a hundred crew members and extras between them. It was really nothing to write home about.
The main subject of interest on Twitter.com last night seemed to be what Yandy was wearing. In an effort to show that Yandy has at least an outward appearance of style, VH1 posted these photos of her on their blog today.
It’s hard to like Yandy because she comes off as a sneaky and untrustworthy bish. Physically, all her body parts are the right shape and size, and she dresses cute for the most part. But as soon as she opens her mouth, it’s hard to see her beauty shine through all that ugliness.

Tanya Ski’s B’Day Bash at Frank Ski Restaurant & Lounge
V-103 morning show co-host Frank Ski threw a birthday bash for his wife, Tanya Rodriguez on Saturday at his popular Frank Ski Restaurant & Lounge in midtown Atlanta. Celebs such as Antonia Wright and the Braxton sisters (Braxton Family Values) stopped by to wish Tanya a happy 30th birthday.
We were surprised to see Trina Braxton accompanied by her husband, Gabe Solis (far right), after she caught him cheating online. Maybe Trina accepts the fact that most men are genetically pre-wired to cheat in order to further the human species (but that’s for another blog post).
Frank Ski’s Restaurant & Lounge is located at 2110 Peachtree Rd. in NW Atlanta. The restaurant offers Southern food and features outdoor patios and private dining as well as a bar and lounge area.

Big Security Meeting Held Before Beyonce’s Surrogate Gave Birth
We have more information for you on the birth of Beyonce’s first child from TMZ.com, and our Lenox Hill hospital source.
According to our source, Beyonce and her surrogate were admitted to the upper East side hospital on the same maternity floor. Other women in labor were also admitted to the floor despite rumors that Beyonce and Jay Z rented the entire floor for an absurd $1.3 million.
Our source said, “Lenox Hill does not turn away expectant mothers to cater to the needs of celebrities.”
The NY Daily News confirmed that Beyonce was admitted to the hospital under the name Ingrid Jackson. But we’re told the surrogate mother was also admitted to Lenox Hill under an assumed alias.
According to TMZ.com, hospital brass held a meeting leading up to the delivery to discuss a security plan for the birth. The meeting between execs and security was held Friday afternoon and strict security was in place almost immediately, preparing for the Saturday delivery.
Such an elaborate security plan was required to conceal the fact that Beyonce was not the one giving birth. Security cameras were taped over, or turned off — which is a violation of hospital policies.
Our source said the baby girl was delivered via c-section while the mother was given an epidural to block the pain. The birth mother was allowed to briefly hold the baby and then the baby was handed off to Beyonce who waited in an adjoining room.
