Celebs Out & About: Christina Milian
Singer Christina Milian must have a really nasty personality. How else to explain her inability to keep a man despite her stunning beauty?
The 29-year-old singer was spotted dressed casually while shopping with friends in Los Angeles yesterday.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Christina is back in court fighting for a larger share of estranged husband Terius “The Dream” Nash’s wealth.
She is said to have been offered a hefty divorce settlement, including 10 per cent of the music producer’s publishing interest in Justin Bieber’s worldwide smash-hit, “Baby”, which he co-wrote.
But in response, The Dream, who filed for divorce seven days before the birth of their daughter Violet last year, is said to have denied there was any agreement.
A lawyer for Christina told website TMZ: “Mr Nash filed for divorce. He wanted the divorce, not our client. She then agreed to resolve it peacefully and outside of the court. Now his lawyer is writing me saying there’s no agreement when we 100 per cent made an agreement on the record.” READ MORE

Another person just came to my mind as I read this…Halle Berry… Is it just me or does Milan look ahelluva lot happier now that her “Dream” is over & she isn’t with him…I DO know that lil mama is getting payyyyyyyyyed now!!!

I read (in the divorce settlement) she can’t have a man for longer than 60 days or Dream will stop his checks. Now I hope that part really isnt true. She should have had her lawyers strike that DOWN.

@ Daisy..When you are going thru a divorce & you are requesting your former spouse to pay alimony..there are alot of restrictions that must be kept in order to keep those checks rolling in..In order for her to receive the additional $$ she must abide by the rules

Hey @Daisy! …. Most palimony or maintenece checks will stop if the recipient remarries. A really good lawyer will have the stipulation that if they even start shacking up with someone the cheks will stop. I’ve even seen a person cut off after they gradueated and had a reasonable amount of time to get a job that pays as well as the maintenace. Divorce all around is a negotiation. Seems they both handled this all wrong fromthe bneginning.

I know/get/understand that alimony can stop once you get married or after a certain # of years, I dont have an issue with that. The Dream’s not ugly he’s just average and everyday looking but he’s really smart because he’s written some really good songs. Christina can’t sing so she needed some sort of comeup.
